Thank you for your interest in Saskia Aleksa Artistry! After enquiring about a service, you can expect a reply within 48 hours. I will confirm with you my availability for the date and ask you to provide any additional information required. Once this is confirmed and agreed upon I will then send you a link to payment of your deposit.

Your booking is confirmed once a $50 deposit has been received. This is non-refundable. You will then be emailed a receipt and confirmation of your booking. The balance remaining is due to be paid no later than the day of your appointment.

Payment Methods

I accept exact cash (as I do not carry change) or card payments made via SQUARE. Contactless cards, Apple Pay and other digital wallets are accepted.

A travel fee applies to all on location bookings.

• A clean, flat table surface and a nearby outlet are required at the location for me to set up my kit and tools.

• Within 15km: $30 flat travel fee

• 15km+: quoted based on location

Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment. However, if you wish to reschedule and provide at least 48 hrs notice the deposit can be transferred to your new booking.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled with absolutely no refunds for your deposit.

• $20 per hour for appointments beginning before 7:00am (e.g., 600am start = $20, 5:00am start = $40)

• Any applicable early start fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Please inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your service prior to your appointment. I use professional products and maintain strict hygiene standards at all times, but I cannot be held liable for any reactions or sensitivities that may occur if such information is not disclosed or if a client has an unforeseen reaction.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Saskia Aleksa Artistry is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur during or after the appointment.

• All products are used in good faith, and on the spot patch tests can be arranged upon request before your appointment. (Please allow an extra 10 minutes.) While this does not guarantee a reaction won’t occur, it helps minimise the risk and ensure you’re comfortable before makeup is applied.

• You agree that photos or videos may be taken during or after the service for promotional use (unless you request otherwise.)

For the safety and comfort of all clients:

• Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup)

• I maintain a high hygiene standard and sanitise all tools in between clients.

• I reserve the right to refuse service in cases of contagious skin conditions or inappropriate behaviour.
